Emiliano Cortes Morichetti

Emiliano Cortes Morichetti holds a Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, directed by Professor Thierry Bonneau, and a Master 2 in Business Law (« Diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprise » – DJCE) from the University of Strasbourg, directed by Professor Ariane Périn-Dureau.

He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leicester (UK), awarded as part of a double degree in French and English law.

Prior to joining the firm, Emiliano completed several internships with law firms in France and abroad, mainly in the area of Banking and Financial Law.

Emiliano is fluent in Italian, Spanish and English.
