Trained in commercial and criminal litigation at the Soulez-Larivière et associés law firm, he practiced as a criminal lawyer for several years, notably as part of the Paris Bar’s emergency defence team.

He obtained the Certificat d’aptitude à la profession d’avocat au Conseil d’Etat et à la Cour de cassation in 2018, after which he began to practice as an avocat aux Conseils in the Waquet-Farge-Hazan law firm, where he worked in criminal, private and public law.

He joined the firm in 2023.

Ronald Maman holds a Master’s degree in general private law. He also holds a doctorate in law from the Toulouse Capitole University (thesis on « The mens rea (élément intentionnel) in criminal business law » under the supervision of Professor Corinne Mascala), where he completed his studies and later gave lectures for several years.

Being a former secrétaire of the conférence du stage des avocats aux Conseils, he is now deputy secretary of the society of former secrétaires.
